This provides the support to allow RCPNews to run as a stand-alone Rich Client Platform. It is intentionally provided as its own plugin so that the core functionality of RCPNews (provided by the org.rcpapps.rcpnews.ui plugin) can be installed into Eclipse platforms directly, and to allow co-existence of all RCPApps.org products.
